The Millennium series is a series of Swedish crime novels created by Stieg Larsson. The series follows the hacker Lisbeth Salander and the journalist Mikael Blomkvist.

- Book 1: The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (2005) - Journalist Mikael Blomkvist has been hired by industrial tycoon Henrik Vanger to investigate the 40-year-old disappearance of Henrik’s niece Harriet. He teams up with the introverted and skilled computer hacker Lisbeth Salander.
- Book 2: The Girl Who Played with Fire (2006) - The story follows Lisbeth Salander as she returns to Sweden after spending a year abroad. She falls under suspicion of having murdered a journalist and his girlfriend, as well as her own social services guardian, Nils Bjurman, while Mikael Blomkvist tries to find her before the authorities.
- Book 3: The Girl Who Kicked the Hornets' Nest (2007) - The story follows Lisbeth who’s awaiting trial, Mikael’s efforts to prove her innocence, and the conspirators who are willing to go to great lengths to silence Lisbeth forever.

- Book 4: The Girl in the Spider's Web (2015) - The story follows Lisbeth who tackles some extremely dangerous family secrets while also investigating a case involving Russian organized crime and government cyberspying alongside her accomplice, journalist Mikael Blomkvist.
- Book 5: The Girl Who Takes an Eye For an Eye (2017) - Lisbeth Salander – the girl with the dragon tattoo, the brilliant hacker, the obstinate outsider – enlists the help of Mikael Blomkvist, the editor of the investigative journal Millennium to investigate The Registry while she protects a young woman from an anti-Muslim gang while in prison.
- Book 6: The Girl Who Lived Twice (2019) - Lisbeth Salander has left Stockholm, seemingly forever, and gone to Russia on a mission to finally hunt down, ruin, and kill her sister and nemesis Camilla. Meanwhile, Mikael Blomkvist, suffering from a slump due to a lack of interesting news stories, gets roped into a case involving a homeless man who may have been murdered and who had Blomkvist's phone number on him.
